There are no returns on any boas with silver, gold or iris lurex added or with burnt coque added as well. There are no returns on two tone or three tone ostrich boas or ostrich boas with extra ply. All these are considered custom made boas, so they cannot be returned.

Any returned feather product may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded.

No claims on damages, shortages or discrepancies of any kind will be accepted after 48 hours from receipt of merchandise.
