All stock items will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Fridays or on the weekends will start processing as of Monday. We ship by FedEx and UPS unless you specify USPS. Shipping time within the continental USA is usually 4-7 business days from the time it leaves our factories.

If you require faster shipping, please make sure we know your deadline. We will ship FedEx and UPS 3 day, 2 nd day, or overnight to ensure that your package reaches you on time.

Returns:

There are no returns on any boas with silver, gold or iris lurex added or with burnt coque added as well. There are no returns on two tone or three tone ostrich boas or ostrich boas with extra ply. All these are considered custom made boas, so they cannot be returned.

Any returned feather product is subject to a 10% restocking fee. No shipping charges will be refunded.

No claims on damages, shortages or discrepancies of any kind will be accepted after 48 hours from receipt of merchandise.

All orders are prepaid by credit card. We accept Visa or MasterCard. You can also purchase items via bank or Postal money orders made out to Featherstore.com.
