This Dyed Chinchilla Saddle Fringe is hand sewn and stitched onto a cord. The effect becomes a fringe of feathers. This is perfect for sewing onto hems when the effect you wish to achieve is for a long, flat feather look. Fringe is also suitable for a trim around lampshades, boot tops and pocketbooks. They come in 2 yard pieces, the large size and is approximately 6”-8" in length.
